Trust is built through communication, not confusion. Whether it’s budgeting decisions, curriculum changes, or school performance, families and community members should feel informed, heard, and respected at every step.

I will support clear, accessible board communication; regular town halls or listening sessions; and policies that make it easier for parents, teachers, and students to share their feedback with district leadership.
