My Priorities

Teaching Today. Leading for Tomorrow.

Support Our Teachers

Investing in teachers is investing in students.
→ Great teachers make great schools. Let’s give them the pay, time, tools, and respect they need.

As a teacher, coach, pastor, and small business owner, I’ve seen firsthand how our schools impact lives. I’m running for school board, because I am tired of seeing politicians and people who do not know our schools make decisions that aren’t best for our students, families, and teachers. I want to put students first, support our educators, and strengthen the connection between our schools and families. These are the values and priorities I will champion as District 7’s representative on the Montgomery County School Board.

Increase Transparency and Communication

Trust starts with communication.
→ Families deserve regular updates, clear policies, and real input into what’s happening in our schools.

Prioritize Student Success

Every child deserves the tools to thrive.
→ From early literacy and advanced pathways to expanded student services and counseling, let’s give students every opportunity to grow.

Put Classrooms First in the Budget

Budgets should reflect our values.
→ I’ll fight for smarter spending that prioritizes teachers, students, and classrooms over bloated overhead.

Give Teachers and Students a Voice

The people closest to the classroom should help guide decisions.
→ I’ll push for advisory groups that elevate teacher and student perspectives in real policy discussions.

Expand Student Opportunities

Students and families need more than academics.
→ Let’s increase access to opportunities outside the classroom.

Strengthen Family and Community Partnerships

Strong communities grow from strong schools.
→ I’ll champion better family engagement and community partnerships that lift up students.
